About Maployer

Welcome to Maployer, the platform where findability and accessibility of vacancies are central. Our mission is simple: we want to enable everyone, from graduates to experienced professionals, to quickly and easily find companies in their immediate vicinity that are looking for talent.

Maployer was created based on an insight from various studies. This showed that many graduates from Noord-Brabant leave for the Randstad, not because they necessarily want to work there, but because they often do not know which interesting companies are in their region. We wanted to solve this problem by making companies visible in a way that did not exist before. That is why we show vacancies at the address level - from companies from all over the Netherlands and the rest of the world - so that no company is excluded.

On Maployer, all companies have the opportunity to make their vacancies visible, without them disappearing into thin air due to large advertising budgets from competitors. This ensures a level playing field, where small and medium-sized companies have just as much chance of being seen as the big players.

In addition, we embrace the growing focus on ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) in our society. We understand that many people want to work close to home, for example to be able to cycle to the office.
